Jerome's communication skills are second to none, his team around him are polite, experienced and very diligent. Jerome has a canny ability of interpreting plans, problem solving with an eye to achieve the best design and works well with designers and architects. Jerome and Box Construction carried out the construction of a Cruikshank designed penthouse apartment in central Auckland on 2009/2010. The project involved a mixture of refurbishment and new build. The level of detail and quality of finish had to be of the highest order for a very demanding client.
I was extremely impressed at every stage of the project. Jerome and his team were meticulous throughout the planning, estimating and quoting of the design and the subsequent crafting of the finished property was the best I have seen.
He made the logistics appear straightforward when they were anything but.
